Jennifer is the touchpoint for all prospective and current students in the Department of Music. She oversees department operations and supports a wide range of academic and performance activities—from recruitment, course scheduling, and music lesson registration to marketing, event promotions, and faculty and student initiatives.
With a background in music education and organizational leadership, Jennifer brings energy and focus to her work. She’s passionate about helping students discover new opportunities, make the most of their academic experience, and celebrate their accomplishments—whether in the classroom, on stage, or beyond.
A proud Ohio native, Jennifer has a deep affection for Cleveland and its vibrant arts scene. A lifelong musician, she entered the world of musical theater in 2002 and continues to perform as a keyboardist in community productions. Some recent favorites include:

Jennifer has been part of the Department of Music since 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Mount Union and an MBA in Management and Organizational Leadership from Ashland University.
