Termination Notifications
If you or your faculty receive a termination notification directly from a sponsor please email the notification to researchquestions@case.edu.
Mandatory Process for Requests from Sponsors
If you or your faculty receive a request from a sponsor to complete a form or provide information about your award, you are required to send the request to researchquestions@case.edu. Requests for information from sponsors must not be provided without review and approval by the Office of Research and Technology Management. This requirement does not include requests from Program Officers or Grants Management Specialists requesting clarification on an RPPR, carry over request, no cost extension request or other similar action.
