The Materials for Opto/Electronics Research and Education (MORE) Center offers facilities for the fabrication and measurement of many materials, surfaces and devices. Our fabrication and deposition facilities include a class 10000 cleanroom with photolithography, two-photon polymerization and e-beam lithography. Multiple PVD and sol-gel deposition tools are available for depositing thin-films in a range of materials. Several techniques for surface and device metrology are available for measuring surface geometry at the micro to nanoscale, and materials and electrical properties in devices. Our polymer optoelectronic facility contains a complete workspace for device fabrication, characterization and testing in a single inert environment. The MORE Center operates on a student-led research model with direct use and service-based support. It is open to both internal and external users.
