ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Proteomics and Small Molecule Mass Spectrometry Core in collaboration with the Case Center for Proteomics and Bioinformatics (CPB) was established in 2006. The core provides state-of-the-art proteomic instrumentation, computational resources and software for systems biology, proteomic methods development, small molecule mass spectrometry, consultation and training. The core is highly experienced in structural proteomics and quantification of proteins and small molecules by mass spectrometry. Core staff actively collaborate on grant proposals and the development of novel technologies that apply proteomics/mass spectrometry to biomedical research. The core provides liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry services for both large (proteins/peptides) and small (drugs, metabolites) molecules.
