Chad Gepfrey

Chad Gepfrey is a United States Navy veteran with 20+ years of experience in strategic operations, leadership, and project management. He has a proven track record in leading high-performance teams, managing complex logistics, and executing mission-
critical tasks precisely.

Throughout his Naval career, he has served on three ships as the leading SONAR Technician for Underwater Surveillance and Intelligence Analysis; as a Training Consultant for 21 U.S. Navy, 7th Fleet ships, and 2 Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Forces (JMSDF) ships, and as a Naval Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducting the full cycle recruiting process for 42 new personnel.

Chad is excited to be a Fowler Family Fellow and to explore the concepts of appreciative inquiry, innovation, and sustainability. He is a full-time MBA candidate at ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s Weatherhead School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University.

Chad was born in Sidney, Ohio but has lived in eight different states and the country of Japan over the last twenty years. His hobbies are camping, hiking, and spending time with his wife Carly, and three children Mason, Norabeth, and Evie.
