Mission Statement
The Materials for Opto/Electronics Research and Education (MORE) Center at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø pioneers the future of science and innovation, offering state-of-the-art facilities for the creation and measurement of materials, surfaces and devices. Our focus is on transforming solar energy by enabling researchers to create next-generation electronic and optoelectronic technologies focused at the nanoscale, and serving the broader research needs of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø community.
Research and Collaboration
The MORE Center is committed to student-oriented collaborative innovation, stimulating new research and education. Emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of optoelectronics research, we are open to a wide range of faculty, researchers and students from across ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, as well as a number of external academic, nonprofit, and industry users.
The MORE Center offers access to specialized equipment and the expertise of our faculty and staff through both direct use and service-based support, including tailored equipment-specific training and scientific guidance.
Education
The MORE Center is dedicated to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's educational mission, preparing students for the technical workforce by teaching advanced methods in fabricating and analyzing materials, surfaces, and cutting-edge optoelectronic materials and structures.
Using the MORE Center

Researchers from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, other academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and industry can access our center through usage-based hourly fees. We also offer subscription plans for high-volume users, which include basic materials costs and unlimited facility access for individual researchers.
